The CentralBlue Project: Rewriting the Global Housing Shortage Narrative.

A presentation by Joel Baur, CEO at Citra 

A big thank you to Joel Baur and his team from CITRA for hosting us on 18 October, we had a wonderful afternoon. Joel gave us an overview of the developments of CITRA which was followed by a site visit of the ongoing construction of 27 eHomes, 

demonstrating sustainable developments in the area. 

We could also introduce our new Consul General Rolf Frei to the Swiss business community.

Xavier Bavaud gave us an excellent wine tasting of his Lazanou wines. 

CITRA arranged for a nice vegetarian buffet and a chocolate fountain! This was rounded off with excellent coffee by the barista of FABINO.

A networking event for the Swiss business community, organized by Swiss Connection, was hosted at the Residence of the Consulate General of Switzerland in Cape Town. An informative presentation was delivered by Wesgro, in the context of "Alps to Oceans: Exploring Lucrative Ventures in the Western Cape with Swiss Ingenuity".  The highlight of this event was the participation and introduction of our newly appointed Swiss Ambassador to South Africa, Mirko Manzoni. Mr Manzoni resumed his position at the Embassy in Pretoria in November last year. He has more than 25 years experience in the diplomatic and humanitarian fields. We wish Ambassador Manzoni every success during his term in South Africa.
